I had an appointment for today July 16th and when I went they didn't accept my medical insurance so they told me that to be seen I had to pay 135 dollars or if not they would make me a payment plan or I don't know what they told me that if I took the second option they would have to change the appointment and bring them the paperwork and there they would see me listen something I studied paramedic and in medical school one of the rules is that you can't deny medical service to anyone for not having money what was the problem... read more

Dr Brandt is extremely thorough. He listens and uses critical thinking to ensure he's evaluating my son overall as whole. His phone nurse is excellent and they always call back for the patient. The front desk has a lot of new faces but I think with training that can be an exceptional area of the office too.

Depends on which day you get them. Sometimes they are sweet and have good customer service. Other times you sit in the lobby for a long time and they're average at best.

I would have gave 5 stars I've been bringing my kids here for over a decade literally .. me and my kids love the doctors but the past few times we've came In there's been reciponist issues the new front desk staff is not well trained and very problematic and can be lil rude the last time I went there my 2 year old was sick we waited in the lobby well over a hour after checking in online and at the front desk then told us we couldn't see the doctor cause it was past our appointment time ....that we was on time for ....again w... read more
