Customer service was great at first. Ryan recommended a locksmith who makes spare keys because he didn’t sell a spare with purchase of new vehicle. He must be getting paid off to bring him customers. Too bad the key was faulty and stopped working 6 times. $200 down the drain for that. And when I tried to get it handled, both the locksmith AND enterprise blocked and deleted me and kept my money.
