My power has gone out 7 times since June 12. Every time it goes out, it’s usually just most of the street I live on and sometimes one other street in my neighborhood. I have several friends who live in my neighborhood and their power has not gone out any of the times mine and my neighbors has gone out. I have called customer service every time it has gone out and asked for someone to please come investigate why it goes out any time it rains or sprinkles. No one has helped me. If I could give 0 stars I would they are the most terrible low down power company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Power goes out all the time won’t fix it in a timely manner and they jack the bill way up each month. And they pull charges out of their rear ends and stick them to the bill it’s total bs. Also called last week and was told there is no office to even go to in ms. They really need to be investigated cause it’s a bunch bs going on I’m sure of it.

During storms last night a branch fell one the power lines in my neighborhood, making the line come down a little and hang above the road. Whoever came out, cut the power from my line and told me I had to get the weather head replaced and he couldn't turn the power back on, reconnect the wire, or do anything to help and refused to elaborate and just made a joke if we wanted the power back on we would have to find an electrician and left. 3 years in a row my bill was extremely high, I called and was assured that if I paid 100 dollars I’d get a new meter and pay an extra 26 dollars a month and a technician would manually read my meter. I spoke with a technician a few months ago and he said that the meter was moving faster than normal so I went over my bill with two different customer service representatives and they also stated that something was going on and said someone would check my meter and readjust my bill.
