Why did they remove the option to see what your bill projection is showing for your amount? That feels incredibly shady by Entergy. I have even put in an EMAIL complaint I have CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE to ask for help about it and no one can tell me as to why it was removed. It was so helpful it gave the amount you had already spent and the days left it's really sad that they would remove that from customers. I have contacted Entergy many times previously and put in an email. I think it's awful that entergy remove the option to see your bill projection in the amount of dollars for what your bill amount would be. I've called the company as well as put in request and complaints and no one can seem to find why it was removed. This is an awful thing to do to your customers and seems very shady like you want them to not be able to see what their bill amount is until they've run it up and they get it in the mail.
Horrible company. Nearly double the price of competitors. Also make you pay a fee in order to pay your bill. Can’t wait for this company to fail.
