Entergy department for my Area Services!!! Never, Ever have I experienced conditions like I am having with Entergy. Unfortunately, others having issues as well. Very disheartening to know that a well known company like Entergy appears to be so careless and unconcerned for the welfare of their customers. I called because my power randomly cut off was informed my account was on hold because of not having a permit. I called my district they informed me that they had already sent entergy the permit. I called them back and they said it was a slip in the cracks they actually did have it. Then tell me they can’t turn service back on till the next day. It’s 95 outside you turned my service off remotely how can you not turn it on unless it’s scheduled. 10 out of 10 do not recommend worst utility company I have dealt with.
Bill getting higher but the service is bad, it doesn’t have to be raining with high winds for the power to go out, it can be a perfect day and they’ll still go out. If there’s a different company out there I will switch ASAP!
Haven’t had power in 2 days, yall are trash
This company should really work on both client and interdepartmental communication, especially considering the amount of money they demand for providing questionable electricity for about 7 months out of 12. You call to ask for the most basic information when their app is down for the ninth time that month and they act like you’re asking god to do a striptease.
