Been calling Entergy since March 3rd the power pole in my yard services power to 2 of my homes is rotten in the ground and now has huge hole still no one has come out to replace it i don't want it to tear off the roof and side of one home nor fall on someone and hurt them wish I could add the picture of this mess!
Higher prices and worse service, if I could use ANY other provider I would. Being forced to use a sub par at best energy service is ridiculous!
The negligence of this company is insane. My meter was crossed to no fault of mine and I have been overcharged $1400. To make it even better, my power has been turned off 4 times and this issue has not been resolved still in 4 months regardless of the hours I’ve spent on the phone with customer service and the rare times someone comes out they promise me it is fixed, but I don’t think I will ever be reimbursed or not have my power turned off for absolutely no reason.
Over paid for some lights if you can get anyone else do so save your money
