This company does not even deserve 1 star! What kind of nurse shows up for wound care WITHOUT ANY SUPPLIES? She began to rummage through my personal supplies to see what she could use or take. Called to complain and was told another nurse would come for the next appointment and supplies would be dropped off, which never happened. Nurse never called either. They don’t seem to want my business they won’t call me. They were supposed to call me today. I got out of the hospital three days later nothing.
RN said would be at my home Friday 2pm. Never showed up. It's been 4 days so far. Now they just don't answer the phone. I'm disappointed.
