Entech support was quick to address my concerns and run a scan on my computer to make sure no virus had resulted from a phishing email sent to me. I appreciated the follow up to reasure me everything was fine and reminder to be careful with emails and check before opening. Thank you for your assistance. :-)

Customer Support is focused on resolving the problem, not trying to figure out how the problem is someone else's. They stick with you and follow through until the issue is resolved. In this case, Micrsoft and user were the issue, but Guybon approached it by taking ownership of the problem and finding the solution.
