Very pleasant experience. Staff is friendly, helpful and explained everything in detail.
After missing my early morning appointment, I went into the office to apologize in person. Another person had missed their afternoon appointment. The staff was friendly and sent me right back in the afternoon slot. I don't want to make a habit (nor encourage others to) of taking advantage of their flexibility, but I wanted to report at how accommodating and nice they were about my mistake.
Extremely professional and thorough exam. Kudos to Laurie for her ability to provide such outstanding service in such a friendly manner.
