I was not a patient, and my dentist is closed on Friday, so I was in search of a dental office that could see me with an emergency. Kent Island, and the entire area, was dealing with terrible wind conditions today so the schedule was disrupted. Even with this issue, Eastern Shore Dental Care made sure that my problem was reviewed. The doctor was unable to see me due to his/her schedule. This was my first visit with Dr. Olivero. I was most impressed with her explanation of procedure, attention to detail, and how quickly she finished my procedure. I spent little time in the amazing waiting area where I was greeted by staff at the front door before being taken to the back. Malorie was fabulous too! Her upbeat, positive attitude and knowledge of what the dentist needed before asked was impressive! Entire staff was professional and amazing including the smiles when checking out. Loved my visit!
