My 4 yr old son was just seen here on 11/12 to have his adenoids removed and when I say Dr.Oh and her staff were extremely supportive and helpful and caring for my son. Everyone was so nice. From check in to checking out, They made our time there very comfortable and easy. Thanks to Nicole and all of the other nurses for having amazing bedside manners!!!!! They also did a follow up call as well to check on Braxton.
The staff took really good care of me before,during, and after my procedure. They even called the next day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend them.
I brought my 5 months old daughter to see Dr Koriwchak in December 2021. When I initially called, I asked the person who scheduled an appointment if the doctor will be a baby, and was told YES. After waiting for an hour to be seen, Dr Koriwchak walked in, and told us that he is not comfortable seeing a patient this young and advised us to reschedule with Dr White. Good staff etc, but how do you not have online payment for invoices? If i'm going to get an unexpected bill months later because it wasn't billed right to insurance / let know at time of service proper bill, then at least let me pay online - it's not 1995 anymore
