This place is horrible. They do not listen to their patients. They will tell you things are not related when they clearly are to each other. I have came to this specific ENT facility three times over the years and each year. My sinuses have progressively gotten worse this last time it landed me in the hospital and now they are treating me for sinus disease I had the doctor tell me to not take certain medications for an allergy test because it could mess up the results I couldn’t remember if it was for the allergy test or the... read more
They cancelled my appointment and I was told I needed to reschedule. I personally called the facility the day prior to confirm the appointment before I took a vacation day from work. I will not be a patient here. I cannot afford to take vacation days from work only for them to reschedule. Unprofessional! No Sense of caring I waited months to get in and was told this was the only day and time I could get in. What a major disappointment.
We have had 3 appts in the past two months. Two for my son and one for my husband. We had to wait 50 mins and then 45 mins for my son’s appt. Which was such a joy waiting with an 1.5 year old. Then my husband had to wait for his but not as bad. Place wasn’t even that busy for any appt. Bad business.

Jessica was who I seen and she was very thorough and great bedside manner as well.
