Years ago I saw Dr. Nason and I'm still angry at the lack of sympathy and negative treatment I received here. I wrote a review then, it seems to have been removed. I was in extreme distress from my middle ear being clogged with gunk. I was suffering!!!! I told him I thought I had an infection in my middle ear and he basically laughed at me and in a sing-songy voice said he didn't think that's what it was. For the past month I had been going around in circles trying to get help and answers for what I deemed a “ health scare”. In my search for help, I came across the ENT Specialists of Austin and booked an appointment with Dr. Stephanie Youssef. To start, she was able to book me within a few days versus me having to wait months to see an ENT Specialist. ENT Specialists of Austin is truly a 5/5. I don’t write many reviews, but this one was an easy decision. Huge shoutout to Dr. Nason and his entire team. He performed my deviated septum surgery and made the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Recovery was quick, and I’m breathing better than I ever have before. I don’t say this lightly: I highly recommend ENT Specialists of Austin, especially Dr. Nason and his staff.
Have been in twice now for nosebleeds (3 years between visits and have a lifelong history of intermittent nosebleeds). Prompt courteous scheduling by staff. Treatment by Dr. Mothersole was great and effective! I'm a retired Physician Assistant who spent many years working in an ENT practice and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Mothersole and this practice for ENT related medical issues.
