Excellent care! Very patient and supportive. Amanda is an exceptional allergist! She took lots of time explaining processes to make sure I understood and was comfortable with everything. She made the whole allergy test process very easy and relaxed. Thank you very much!!
I was able to get an appointment quickly with Dr. Nason. The staff is overwhelmingly, professional, and friendly. Dr. Nason took his time with me for my ear problem. We discussed the options I had. When I left the office, I was feeling so much better If you need a great ENT, I recommend Dr. Nason.
While Dr. Robert Nason appears to be a competent surgeon, the administrative support and patient care from the office staff at ENT Specialists of Austin (Cedar Park) is absolutely terrible, particularly regarding vulnerable patients. Dr. Nason operated on a disabled, non-verbal child in December 2025 and told the family to call if there were issues. My initial experiences with this ENT was good. I felt cared for. My son had a surgery which seemed to go well. My son is now having trouble with his ear and is in pain. I called to book a follow-up appointment on June 12th with Dr Nason and was told the earliest appointment was June 30th. During this time we were waiting to be seen I took my son to the pediatrician and urgent care and they cannot tell what the issue is. They referred me to see the ENT that did the surgery.
