I am so impressed with the experiences I have had at the Cedar Park office. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Youssef is also great. She is so knowledgeable and answered my questions with preciseness and confidence. Although I am a candidate for sinus surgery, she understands that firstly, I'd like to try something that isn't invasive to help manage my symptoms. She has me on a regime with salt water rinses and a prescription med that will help with my sinus inflammation. I highly recommend this place!
Dr. Robert Nason and the team at ENT Specialists of Austin were incredible. After two other ENTs dropped the ball when I need help, Dr Nason stepped in with clear answers, professionalism, and a real solution. I knew immediately I was in expert hands. Been calling for days to get the results of my MRI. They won't answer or call me back. Basically they have been ghosting me.
We saw Dr. Mothersole and the audiologist Jen and they were amazing! We came here for a second opinion and they were so wonderful! Everyone from the front desk staff to the intake nurse even the people standing in the hallway all smiling and gentle and kind. My daughter had a bit of a hard time going to a new doctor and they were beyond patient with her and made sure she felt comfortable with each step of the process. Excellent experience with Dr. Mothersole. She is thorough and as importantly, she is kind, personable and patient. It was refreshing to be seen by a provider who instilled in me such confidence in her ability and knowledge.
