Great information and testing was amazing.
I had to make an appointment for my daughter and received a referral here. The receptionist was not polite nor helpful in anyway to make and appointment. After 5 phone calls back and fourth with the receptionist I made a phone call to Resount ENT and they scheduled me immediately with 0 issues and we're very polite and helpful. If my first and only experience with medical provider is with a rude and unhelpful representative, I will take my business elsewhere! DO BETTER!
I absolutely loved my provider. Unfortunately the administrative staff constantly dropped the ball, delaying care for me multiple times. My treatment is time sensitive and must be on a schedule. Multiple times, id receive a phone call the day of my appointment that my appointment had to be canceled because they hadn't done their part on my authorization.
