Phone system sucks. Changing appts system don’t work. Just a hassle to work with and I’m Using VA…. Don’t recommend any of their offices.
Dr. Jensen was very friendly, kind & helpful!!!! The other employees I met were also friendly! Highly recommend
I had called and before I even set up an appointment, I gave them all the details, including insurance information and this lady (she was so kind and patient) confirmed with the manager that everything was good (I have a unique case). Upon arrival at the appointment, some lady that I interrupted on her cell phone, claimed to be the manager and said my insurance wasn’t good and I would have to pay out of pocket up front. I took time off work and drove completely out of my way for absolutely no reason. No call, no communicatio... read more
