Doctor was 45 mins late to initial appointment and didnt even acknowledge or appologize that he left me waiting for almost an hour. Had follown up scheduled for several weeks later, and the office cancelled it on me with no notification and again, left me waiting 45 minutes for my appointment to start. I eventually called to find out what was going on and was told the appointment was cancelled 4 days prior.
Awesome and friendly staff, no need to go anywhere else!!
The Dr and nurse were great. I really felt cared for.
I don’t think I’ve ever been treated as well as I was by the office staff at the Brockton office. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so well by a doctor either. I live an hour away from the Brockton office and this was the first appointment available to me for something that was kind of an emergency. I was treated so well that I will not go to an ENT closer; I will stay with this doctor in this practice in Brockton!
