Excellent experience unclogging my ear. Quick and painless. Doctor had a Great bedside manner.
Finally went to see an ENT about an ongoing issue with my ear. Everyone, from scheduling, front office, medical assistant, audiologist were kind and professional. Dr. Shu was right on time, his exam was thorough and he explained things about my issue and what treatments might be pursued. I feel very confident that I am in good hands and hopefully in the follow up in 3 weeks the condition will be resolved or take the next step we discussed, if it hasn't. I recommend this practice.
Dr shu is a wonderful doctor, he takes the time, listens, and explains your medical situation so it's easily understandable and assist you with information to make the correct choices for your health and lifestyle
I would just like to say that they were extremely kind and explained to me exactly what they were gonna do. The surgery went well a little to no pain after the day of the surgery and I would extremely recommend Dr. Shu and his team for doing a great job.
