I have been there this spring, it's good.
I understand this medical office has had mixed reviews, I do know as of recently they have hired new staffing. This place not only took great care of my son when he needed to be accessed and needed to undergo surgery, but myself as well. I drive 40 minutes to see them because I trust in the quality of work they do and respect their quality of care. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would, I’ll preface this by saying that this does not apply to all the physicians in the office, I was seen by Dr. Jagdish Dhingra, if he is assigned to you wait to see another doctor or go to Mass Eye and Ear if it’s an emergency because he will worsen your condition. The ENT doctor there is horrible. I wish I could give no stars. I don’t even know his name because of how inpersonable he was. My girlfriend came in w her ear infected from a piercing. Upon walking in, his exact words “it’s so infected I probably can’t do anything”He cut a bigger hole in the back of her ear and squeezed on it with little to no lidocaine causing her to scream out in pain and crying.
