Friendly. Answered all of my questions. Dr. Walker doesn't make you feel like he's just checking patients off the list, he really makes sure that he cares for you as an individual. I heard about Dr. Walker through a friend and I will tell all my friends about him. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who talk to you like you're a human, not like they're just reading a script. Highly recommended for your ENT and allergy needs!
Dr. Scott A Scharer did a sinus procedure on me. He was VERY professional and informative. Pain was very minimal and now i can actually Breathe. His staff was also extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I have very grave concerns about this group of specialists. My husband had a cancerous lesion a few years back; then 2 years later with NO test CT, PET, blood work, The ENT that did the surgery before was going to do surgery on what turned out to be a canker sore. REALLY... I never took him back to that doctor.
