All were very professional, kind, friendly. Clean modern office at convenient location. I particularly enjoyed and appreciated DOMINIQUE BOTTA..she was GREAT..she’s reassuring, understanding, and offered helpful insights on how get thru the difficulties of tinnitus..she alone was worth the visit.
The audiologist (Dominique) and De Lerner were great. I had a very thorough hearing test ; The most thorough I have ever had) along with a thorough exam from the doctor. Minimal wait time in the waiting room and a very clean facility. A +++
I have big group insurance through BCBS with $1k deductible. This office tried to collect 50% of my annual deductible for one visit. I called BCBS to find out providers contract with BCBS and determine how much deductible they will collect. In short, I have good insurance and was expected to pay 75% of my overall bill because of how the provider contracted. Total different experience than with my previous ENT with Baptist. No confirmation email, no text reminder, no address or directions how to navigate the hospital and find the office. And when I can't find the office they tell me I'm too late and have to reschedule weeks later.
