Absolutely terrible customer service. They don’t pick up their phone and they will have you sitting in the waiting room for well over an hour. Go somewhere else that will value your time and your kids time.
Dr. Samadi we are so grateful for the amazing care and support. The surgery was a complete success, and my daughter is recovering beautifully. As a mother, I felt peace and confidence knowing she was in such caring hands. A special thank you to Alina (or the wonderful staff member whose name starts with A) for her kindness and for helping me get the medical notes for school without any inconvenience — if you need help with anything, she is the best person to talk to. Her support truly made a difference.
Terrible service
I should've of read the reviews first before making an appointment. I'm surprised that this place doesn't have 1/5 ratings. I was in the exam room for an hour, none of the techs or assistants came in to reassure me that they haven't forgotten about me. So, I had to go to the front desk and tell them, "I was in the exam for about two hours". She said, "the doctor has two other patients before you". None of the staff members apologized and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I said I'm never coming back again and left. So, who... read more
Dr. Samadi was excellent; unfortunately, his staff completely ruins the experience. If you’re looking for a dishonest, incompetent gatekeeper, look no further than “Rachel.” She will blatantly make things up just to get you off the phone—for instance, claiming that our insurance called their office to say our coverage was inactive, despite the fact that we had an office visit just two months ago and the insurance is actively in use.
