Showed up at 10:30am for 10:45am appointment. Was called back to a room after waiting an hour. Nurse came in for five minutes. Waited alone in the room for 30 minutes...at which time I went out and asked for my co-pay back. After 90 minutes of waiting I was not willing to stay. No one seemed to care at all that I had waited and wanted my co-pay back. Seems like something they've done before. This office clearly doesn't value their patients time.

The reviews that I read before going in left me with little expectations. My 17 year old daughter suffers from chronic sore throats with negative strep tests. Due to sudden on sets of her symptoms we always wind up in urgent care and leave with scripts for antibiotics that usually go unfilled. This time her symptoms included ear pain.
