Black lady at front desk is very rude every time we come in. Seems like she hates kids and always has something smart to say. I suggest going to Pegram Dr location.
The lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional at the crosstown clinic. She obviously hates children and made the comment "my 2 year old doesn't deserve a sucker because he's bad" and kept rolling her eyes since the moment we walked in the door. I love the other staff they were all so helpful and sweet. And they seemed to understand my frustration with the lady at the front desk like they see this daily.
