Toma was great! Explained everything in great detail made the whole process very quick and easy. Staff in building has been very friendly each time I have visited.
I missed an appointment due to being in the hospital and they discharged me from the practice!!! The surgery I had didn't even work!!
Doctor was arrogant (comically arrogant and dismissive of symptoms) but did give me good advice. I was told I would get a printout of instructions on how to manage the pain of my tonsil but the only printout I received was a review request. I asked the front staff how I can get access to my medical records (like a ‘MyChart’) but she answered in broken English, so I gave up after following up with the same broken english response. Dr. Toma was amazing, however I would NOT recommend them for auditory or if you need a hearing aid. Twice showed up for appointments, only to be told that the appointment had been canceled by me. I never canceled either appointment and the 2nd appointment that was canceled, I called to CONFIRM my appointment and still it had been canceled when I arrived.
