Dr. Shariff It’s very knowledgeable, patient and takes the time to explain his opinion and process. I’m very pleased with the Care overall the support staff and front desk is very polite and professional. I appreciate the minimal weight time as well. Keep up the good work You are a great team!
Excellent care
The staff was exceptionally nice when I walked in. It was my first visit, & the lady at the front desk was so kind & welcoming. Dr. Toma was a straight shooter, blunt and efficient. I was in and out of my appointment with a plan in place.
1) your appointment will be taken by an off site agency . 2) the first time appointment badgers your phone incessantly to pre-fill your information online before your appointment or tell you to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out a simple 5 minute form. 3) the staff was more tuned into their 3rd grade level Halloween display contest than a dog over a bone 4) despite sharing a family history of hearing loss my specialist was more attuned to prescribing an MRI to check for a possible brain tumor. 5) no hearing checks were reco... read more
