Had issues awhile back with the third party system they had to schedule appt, they would tell me the wrong times but they were humans, I complained to the office manager because i had to show him that they would tell me one day but put another day in the system! I appreciate that they obviously changed that BUT I have had the most issues I’ve ever had leaving messages and dealing with a AI bot to talk to instead of a human now. I have started with 4 stars because I am reviewing my first experience at ENT Physicians, Dr. Shariff, and I now find myself with a number of follow-up responsibilities on Dr. Shariff's recommendations. Today was my first visit to ENT Physicians. The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. The waiting area is very neat and has ample room. I only waited a few minutes from time of check in to being called in to begin my appointment. The nursing staff were also very friendly and efficient. I met with Dr. Toma. He was caring informative and very thorough. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes in the examination room for Dr. Toma.
