Rip off business! Stay away! I was there for 7 minutes and my bill was triple what I was confirmed at first without me knowing or signing in any service!
*Edited since I received my bill* I was charged for a sinus procedure so the doctor could take a camera and look in my nose / throat for 30 seconds. I was not asked if this was something I wanted to elect into or informed that there would be the additional cost at the time of my appointment. When I called billing to inquire about the charge, they told me that I signed something that was in my paperwork that agreed to the charge, should the doctor use the equipment. One visit took less than 10 min with the doctor, most of it was him sitting entering verbal notes, just to be told what I already know, I have allergies. The fee before insurance for this 10 min visit was almost $1000. That's basically $6000/ hour, and he didn't even buy me a drink first. Anyway, after insurance, I paid out of pocket, almost $500 for advice, and for the doc to look up my nose with a light and call it a procedure. THANKS, doc. I went in for what I thought were sinus issues - Dr. Michael Sylvester took the time to really understand what I was experiencing and explained to me what he thought was going on / talked through a care plan. He addressed my Ear, Nose and Throat system as a whole (beyond the issues that I came to address), which I very much appreciated. It made me feel like he truly cared. A friendly doctor that will get to the root cause opposed to treating the symptom goes a long way with me - thank you Dr. Sylvester!
