I have had wonderful service at ENT of Georgia South Fayetteville location. Lisa has been a great allegorist.
This place is awful especially the front staff , she is horrible the rest of the staff is heartless i will never return to this place ever again ,
Update: It's been about 2 months and nothing further transpired. However, I did reflect on this incident and didn't want to leave the world with just more negativity due to my unpleasant (albeit true) review. So just wanted to add, that I do take some responsibility in not having thoroughly memorized all of my insurance services for both in-network and out-of-network. Dr. Herman is great, as is everyone in the practice. Particularly like this office b/c it reminds me of the small family practices of old.
