Dr. Gainor is the best! She has done a wonderful job identifying my sinus issues and did a fantastic job on my nose surgery. She is extremely kind, intelligent, easy to talk to, and she is very thorough in explaining things to me and answering any questions I have. She has been the only person to give me relief after years of sinus issues, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
The people here are always greeting you with a smile and always nice
My experience was awful. Visits were filled with nonsense and ineffective treatment. If I had the choice to do it over again, I would have drove to the potter park zoo and had an orangutan look me over. The orangutan would have been much more compassionate and hundreds of dollars cheaper. Google forcing me to choose at least 1 star makes me sick to my stomach knowing that someone will read my review, see the 1 star, and think "well there has to be one good thing about mid Michigan ent. Worst experience with the triage department trying to get a Prior authorization with for a medication an the lady ins incompetent. She only likes to leave early from office and don't answer the calls.
