Took my teenage son to the emergency room on February 14th. He had tonsillar abscess that needed drained and he was put on antibiotics. The ER referred us to this place on his discharge papers. I called them that Monday. The lady didn’t sound very happy to even be talking on the phone with me. She definitely wasn’t feeling her job or something that day. Very professional. Efficient. Care providers were very professional, direct and knew what needed to get done. Next steps were clear. Answered questions and talked about what the test would hopefully show. Will come back for a plan.
Dr. Chesney is very well mannered and is great with my daughter. This is a great office all together and would highly recommend them. We’ve been going here 2+ years now.
Wow, I googled the best ENT in Lansing MI and this office came up. SO GLAD I took the second step and actually read reviews. I guess Ann Arbor yet again for healthcare. Why can we not seem to get good Drs in this area. I just had a nightmare with 4 different referrals & appts & X-rays and ended up going to Ann Arbor because they actually returned phone calls. It’s ridiculous!
