I've never experienced such a poor excuse for a medical practice in my life. The absolute inability to get a phone call answered in a timely manner, the ineptness and lack of professionalism by office staff as well as the lack of consumer-friendly service, repeatedly, is uncalled for and unacceptable. Go to Michigan Ear Institute. Make the drive. You won't be sorry you skip this monopoly.
We've worked with the physicians for years and they have always been responsive, helpful and take care their patients. We appreciate them.
Dr Gainer saw me on one occasion and spent 30 seconds with me only to dismiss my concern. Left the room and had a lady come in and show me to the front door. Then, a couple months later I went to the emergency room. I was diagnosed woth tonsillitus and told to see ent. I called and scheduled with this place and they called me back right after and said dr gainer looked at my imaging and refused to see me because there was nothing wrong woth me. I went in for allergy testing and surprisingly had an amazing time! Erin helped me with the shots and offered different ways for me to distract my mind. 5 star service
