First time I went to this facility for some nose/throat drainage/phlegm. Dr. Kashat didn’t even look me in the eye for the entire appointment, shoved a camera down my throat (surprise $100 bill for that at the end of the appointment) and gave me a mixture of drugs to take daily without explaining any of it. The appointment was rushed and it seemed like Dr. Kashat had something better to do the entire time, like I was bothering him for even being there. My son was referred after being diagnosed with sleep apnea. His primary care doctor wanted his tonsils and adenoids checks to see if they were causing the sleep apnea. We were called into the room and the woman told us they would be looking at his tonsils and using a camera to check his adenoids, she said the camera would go up his nose explained the whole process. When the doctor came in the room he looked at his tonsils and his ears and said my son needs a CPAP. He must not have read his chart because he has been using one... read more

First doctor I think read the wrong chart, he came in telling me all about my hearing loss and why people get tinnitus and what I can do about it. I wasn't there for any of that and my hearing test was perfect. So he looked in my ear for a few seconds and made a diagnosis that didn't make sense and then told me I had to come back and see a different doctor, that was money well spent.
