I would not recommend this practice. Saw Dr. ALVAREZ for less than 2 minutes. I received bill for $300 for Nasal Endoscopy. When I questioned billing about this charge they stated "this is a procedure we do regularly and alot of insurance companies don't cover this without pre authorization". Well if that is the case my question is why is the patient not advised of this before the Dr just does this? Answer we are not required to do that. The front receptionist at the Dawsonville branch is not the best candidate for a front office position. She lacks the people and communication skills required of a greeter. My office appointment was on a Friday afternoon but the billing office closed at 11. My insurance company verified coverage and left a message with the billing department that morning. Worst ENT I have ever been to. Stear clear of Dr Angel, he was a plastic surgeon and now passes himself off as an ENT. Living with Menieres since 2000, severe tinnitus and hearing loss in L ear. R ear starting to ring, go in thinking I will see the original Dr, nope not there anymore, this schmuck. Looks me in the eye and says, you should just ignore it, for real. The only reason I gave you a one stare is because there is no zero. We tried to get ahold of the Marietta office for three days. We called the appointment desk and had to listen to advertisements about how great you are. But no one ever picked up. We call the nurse's line and left messages and never got a callback to us.
I was told over the phone that dr Matthew t gill is no longer in dawsonville.
Called me on time. No waiting to be called in for my appointed time. Staff very frienxly.
Dr Matthew Gill is the only doctor I would know will listen on what problems I have had such as swallowing problem and vertigo,ears problem.He is a very good doctor I would trusted
The Lawrenceville office staff is awesome. They are always friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend Dr.Won to all of my friends and family.
