As with other similar reviews, the wait times are ridiculous and the scheduling needs work. I seriously do not recommend this practice for special needs children. We arrived 30 minutes early to our appointment as requested and then proceeded to wait for over an hour in the lobby without being called. This appointment was for my special needs toddler. Cannot speak highly enough of Dr Brigance. He found an abscess that my dentist, doctor, and two other doctors missed and had me treated within the day. I felt listened to and taken care of more than with almost any other doctor I’ve ever worked with. His nurse was also so incredibly kind when I was in office.
The staff and Dr. Hagood are amazing! Always know what to do and how to proceed with whatever action is taken. Very professional and welcoming environment
My adult daughter recently went to see Dr.Hagood and had a smooth and helpful experience. They got her in for a CT scan and follow up appointment within a week and Dr. Hagood took his time to answer her questions to help her with next steps. Very thorough. The staff were polite and did a great job communicating! Dr. Hagood was also my physician concerning thyroid nodules and we are very pleased with his knowledge, bedside manner and attention to details. We highly recommend him!
Was talking to the lady at the desk asking what’s going on my baby appointment at 9 she said you just waiting on a room so like 4 people just got called to the back I was trynn asked her something else she end up shutting the window in my face with attitude
