Best doctor my family ever had. Such a huge loss.
I was looking for another ENT because the first one I saw , should be retired! I made the appointment with a very kind staff, who understood my complaint about the past ENT. They were able to get me in that week, and when I arrived---the staff was very courteous and professional. I only waited ten minutes before I saw Dr. Wladecki. He was one of the nicest and personable Drs I had ever met!! He knew what was wrong within minutes, and fully explained the causes and the solutions. He makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I would give no stars if that was an option. He treated my mother very poorly and was sarcastic and rude. His staff referred to my mother as Mrs. what’s-your-name. This was a terrible experience.
