I was having problems with my ears. My eustachian tubes were blocked. Dr. Terry Seymour put tubes in both of my ears. My ears are better now. I would recommend Dr. Terry Seymour to anyone who is having ear problems.
As a 44 year old African American male I’ve had sinus, allergy, & snoring issues for years. Throughout these years I’ve been prescribed meds & devices that I could not tolerate. So I would have gave this place 5 stars from my first visit! But I haven't received a phone call back for almost a month since my car accident. My twin brought me a Groupon for a facial and I was unable to come in August the 22 because due to my horrible car accident a few weeks back.. I have left 7 messages and no one answers the phone then it goes to this call center and leave a messages and no calls back! I know my twin spent a nice amount for the Groupon but nit able to get anyone is not a good look and very frustrating!
Absolute horrible customer service and practice. I waited 10 days for an appointment and provided my health insurance information when I called to make the appointment only to receive a call 1 hour prior to my scheduled appointment that they did not accept my insurance and that they had "been short staffed" so they didn't verify or do their due diligence. As I've had a double ear infection for over a month, they did not make any efforts to meet me halfway. Would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.
When I called to make an appointment to see an ENT doctor, they told me I am required to take COVID test prior to the doctor visit. I don't see why I should pay to take COVID test even though I have been isolated and fully vaccinated as well as a booster.
