Today I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Bateman office some of the reviews I saw was not true for me from the front desk to all of his employees was very professional Dr. Bateman great bed side manners office was nice and clean and this was around 1:00 so I would like to Thank Dr. Bateman office for your care and service surrender to me today
Dr. Bateman was great explaining hearing loss to me and was even patient when I was asking detailed questions. Audiologist Dr. Florence Cuneo, Au. D, was also amazing. Both VERY experienced. I will be going back to them! Hope neither retire anytime soon. Thanks Dr. B and C.

Took my child for tubes in her ears, went back for the one week recheck n one side was still bleeding n draining n was sensitive to touch he looked at her other ear but not the one with problems?? She went weeks not wanting to eat or drink n he did not care!! Wouldn’t check her any further nothing!!
