Dr. Bateman was great explaining hearing loss to me and was even patient when I was asking detailed questions. Audiologist Dr. Florence Cuneo, Au. D, was also amazing. Both VERY experienced. I will be going back to them! Hope neither retire anytime soon. Thanks Dr. B and C.

Took my child for tubes in her ears, went back for the one week recheck n one side was still bleeding n draining n was sensitive to touch he looked at her other ear but not the one with problems?? She went weeks not wanting to eat or drink n he did not care!! Wouldn’t check her any further nothing!!
After having sinus surgery And a sinus lift I had issues in which I returned to Dr. Bateman and he discovered I had a whole the size of a dime in my sinus cavity. He said I should pop into the oral surgeon’s office unannounced and see if he could stitch it up. I opted to make an appointment instead and the oral surgeon said everything looked fine.
