Had a doctor's appt - they called to have it moved up 30 minutes - to my own fault I was late to the appt. The building is under construction and the elevator was a slow process and waited 2x for it. I arrived 15 minutes late. The doctor left. If they could call me to move up the appt - they could call to tell me the doctor left. No customer service at all - it was more as an "Oh well" we can reschedule. If the doctor wanted to leave the office and not work the rest of the day - let me know ahead of time. I spent less than 2 minutes on the phone & the scheduler was disgustingly rude and had such an attitude - For sure taking myself somewhere else. Shame on them and this practice

Overbilling issues paid for procedures only to find that was never applied to Acct did procedures without authorization never solved the medical issue
The staff at this office are extremely lovely! Dr. Thomas E. Brandeisky treated me with such amazing care. He was kind, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Thank god for Dr. Brandeisky, we need more doctors like him!
