Horrible practice. Strung me along for 4 months having me jump through 5000 hoops in order to get a surgery done so I could breathe. When I'm at the last step, his assistant gives me unclear information on how to proceed and I'm stuck flailing trying to get all my boxes checked before the surgery. 0 help, 0 sympathy, just completely confrontational and standoffish from the beginning.
