Front desk lady is rude but tries to play it cool. I came in before my appointment time but she wanted to talk instead of helping and creat a line. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes to go back very wrong and sad. Whole point of an appointment is so your not waiting like this.
I’ve been having dizzy spells. so I made an appointment to go to this ENT clinic here in Sioux City on Sergeant Road When the doctor came in to talk to me, she had no idea what to do. This place did absolutely nothing for me. I said what’s gonna stop the dizziness. She said I don’t know. I was shocked at the level of her unprofessional attitude. Needless to say, I did not get any relief from the dizziness I would not recommend going to this clinic at all
So far getting my allergies under control. The only issue I see is the way they list their diagnosis to the insurance carrier. Stuck with a big bill. Not sure if I will return or not.
ENT Consultants is a well-run, professional practice. The staff are friendly, organized, and make the visit feel smooth from start to finish. The office is clean and modern, and everything runs on time. Dr. Merna is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, with clear explanations and a thoughtful approach. You get the sense you’re in capable hands, and the overall experience is efficient and comfortable. A very solid experience all around.
Straight up worst medical facility I’ve ever stepped in. Didn’t ask me one single question about what I had going on or about pain or anything. Doctor ford came in and looked at my ear for about 1 full second. The entire time there after was him trying to explain to me he thought it was something that it obviously wasn’t. Whole time he’s just talking over me while I’m trying to tell him what’s been going on since literally nobody did. So yeah dude blamed my flaming ear infection on my jaw and said my ear looked fine.
