Straight up worst medical facility I’ve ever stepped in. Didn’t ask me one single question about what I had going on or about pain or anything. Doctor ford came in and looked at my ear for about 1 full second. The entire time there after was him trying to explain to me he thought it was something that it obviously wasn’t. I’ve been having disease pills so I made an appointment to go to this ENT clinic here in Sioux City on Sergeant Road When the doctor came in to talk to me, she had no idea what to do. This place stood absolutely nothing for me. I said what’s gonna stop the dizziness. She said I don’t know. I was shocked at the level of her unprofessional attitude. Needless to say, I did not get any relief from the dizziness I would not recommend going to this clinic at all

I should have trusted my guy and went to Sioux Falls for a consult as Sioux City Medicine does SUX. Seen Dr. Merna- she looked in my ears, felt my lymph nodes & I stuck out my tongue. She explained I probably have a mechanical issue causing my problems; problem is I have completely fine range of motion. My symptoms are internal.
Friendly staff and calm environment! Dr. Powell took the time to listen to and address my concerns, explain treatment options and the entire appointment was quick with very little wait time.
