I always start out with a respectful and professional demeanor. In this visit it eroded quickly as he (with crossed arms) told me I didn't have what another dr. already diagnosed me with long ago. I would like to have had him explain, but he didn't. He never did any tests to determine this. I mentioned that. My file hit the counter as he said I'm going to refer you to someone I think can help. I had some basal cell cancer removed by Dr Bergstrom that another local surgeon had partially removed. This office is clean, attractive, and the staff is professional and attentive. While the original surgery with another physician was closed with a lumpy spiral stich, Dr Bergstrom did a perfect incision, removal, and close. The work was so good that a random medical worker stopped me to question who had done the work! When I asked her why, she said "it's perfect!" It did look even and well spaced. Referral was sent over nearly a month ago, I called to follow up but could not get a hold of a live person even during business hours. Left messages that went unreturned.

I like him a lot. He’s very gentle and explains what’s going on as he works. His new technique for removing polyps in the office is a “piece of cake” compared to past years.
