I had to reschedule my follow up but they never informed me that if I didn't have it in the three month window they would charge me for it. I was sick so I wanted to change the day I came in but there next available appointment was in March , which I thought ok that is fine. But was not told that it was going to make me out of my three months and I would have to pay for a follow-up visit. Lack of communication with patients .
