I'm going for allergy shots, I like this place
If I had to describe Dr Yun in three words, they would be: Arrogant, Dismissive and Judgemental. I have been dealing with a throat issue for several months and his suggestion was to drink more water. He said he would “maybe” order an X-ray but never heard back. I can’t ever recall being treated in such a disrespectful manner by a doctor before.
I had a very disappointing experience with this ENT office, specifically with the surgical scheduler, Alina. I canceled my surgery six days before the scheduled date. I understand the office has a cancellation policy, but I was genuinely confused about being charged a $150 cancellation fee because I canceled six days in advance rather than seven.
