Dr Yun is AWESOME! Had the Neuromark procedure and was super impressed by his skill and kindness. His assistant Carla is a doll! Honestly the entire staff is refreshingly pleasant and competent.
I know doctors around here treat patients awful especially "specialists" because there's usually only 1 for the entire area, but they refuse to schedule you without a referral from a primary care even if you were referred from the ER, thats what I was told when I tried to schedule. There is no reason to make insurance or cash patients pay extra just to get a secondary referral when you already have one.
Dr Yun was pleasant and explained the biopsy he preformed. I was not informed i was having a biopsy when the appointment was made. Surgery schedule is 3 months out not the the month and a half I was led to believe. Insurance authorization ifor Surgery is only good for 120 day. I hope he does a better job then what the reviews say about him. Better communication from the office staff would improve patient outcomes. Snail mail is a sad way to communicate about surgery schedules, no preop appointment scheduled before surgery.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Yun and his team. My daughter recently had her tonsils removed here, and the entire experience was amazing. While we were waiting before surgery, Dr. Yun came back to check on us and even asked if he could pray for my daughter and her surgery. That meant so much to us and showed how much he genuinely cares for his patients.
