Cancelled appointment with no reason other than physician emergency. Receptionist rude and response to questions was to "go somewhere else" and then hung up. Unprofessional and would not recommend.
Staff is rude with attitude
I would give zero stars if I could.. Horrible communication. When I made the appointment I was told my insurance covered the appointment, only to be told today after MONTHS of horrible tinnitus that my insurance wouldn't be accepted. Front staff did not even attempt to follow up or confirm anything, never reached out to insurance, didn't accept my offer to reach out and confirm myself. I’ve never given anyone or anywhere a bad review until now. But sitting in the lobby and listening to the front office staff loudly complain to each other about patients was my first encounter. It has gone downhill from there. I’ve never seen such derision and dismissive behavior, and it goes all the way through. Other than his medical assistant, who was kind. And the person who does his billing. If there was some answer or outcome that would offset the arrogance, but there is nothing. I don’t think my doctor is aware of how... read more
