Was on the phone on hold for over a hour horrible customer service
I recently somehow got a piece of my hearing aid stuck in my right ear. I was so dizzy from this and had been to both Parkviews and a walk in clinic and no one could get this out. They were all telling me the same thing, you need to go to ENT. Parkview got me in that same day and a Miracle Nurse, Tiffany who has all the credentials I believe just below a Dr. Seriously . No doubt the doctors are good….when you actually do get to schedule an office visit. In my opinion ENT has outgrown itself, not enough doctors. Also, they need to stick to practicing MEDICINE. Really: Facial plastics!?! I can see why in many cases this is necessary for health. But no spa stuff PLEASE. It is so discouraging to try to see these doctors when you are having real true pain and problems. I’ve looked for private practice ent doctors in NE Indiana—they do not exist.
