Worse doctor's office I've ever been to. What kind of Doctor doesn't fill out Family medical leave act (FMLA) paperwork? Know I have to scramble to get my PCP to sign off on my FMLA because this moron sat on the paperwork for 3 weeks never filing it out and FMLA is time sensitive. You have 30 days to get it turned in.
