Seemed very rushed for a new patient appointment. I was concerned I may have nasal polyps and thankfully was told I didnt. Having described inflammation and discomfort on one side of my face at the appointment, the Dr didnt even look in my ear. Shortest New Patient visit I ever had.
I appreciate any doctor/provider willing to tell you they do not know. I believe this is a sign of a broader ability to think critically, not to mention to care about a patient's condition. Dr. Cashman saying he didn't know exactly what was showing up on my CT (and wanted to proceed with keeping tabs on it non-invasively) says to me that he knows and respects his own limits as a provider and won't just make up stuff. Haley Endacott and her team were also very respectful and timely to my appointment and follow up calls.
ENT is stellar in every way! Haley and her team efficiently and effectively diagnosed my allergy triggers and put me on a path to alleviate the symptoms that had plagued me for 60 years. I highly recommend ENT to solve your allergy problems!
I went in for a hearing test, and Haley discovered that I had a imbalance of both ears, and know she is doing a MRI to check for three things that it could be.
The Drs. and nurses were knowledgeable and caring. They listened to you and were thorough, as well as caring and friendly. I highly recommend them!
