Called Reception to reschedule my appointment and a person named Joseph would not book my allergy shots that I required in March 2026 that I have been getting monthly for over 5 years simply because I told him I was switching insurance but did not have my card yet. I never had a lapse of insurance simply switching companies. He was very rude I asked his name and went online and booked my appointment. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Flam-Yoffe based on my experience. I found her bedside manner to be lacking in compassion, and I felt that my concerns and symptoms were not taken seriously. Her communication style came across as abrupt and dismissive, which left me feeling unsupported as a patient. Stay away from this doctor.
STAY AWAY. Most incompetent and unprofessional office staff i have ever encountered in my life. EVERY APPOINTMENT I WENT TO I WAS SEEN OVER AN HOUR LATE. today i had a missed call. Whoever called was too busy to leave a voicemail so i had to be back and forth with some call center in india for almost an hour before they could transfer me to the office to figure out who called me. Since my 1st review wasn't posted after I've written it 3 weeks ago, I'm going to post it AGAIN!! I went to see Dr. George Pazos in June for a very swollen ear cartilage. I was told before I came in when I made the appointment that it could be drained. Dr. Pazos looked at it, (I have multiple cartilage piercings in that ear, but they were healed well and are not the issue). An allergic reaction to the jewelry I had in at the time was.
