STAY AWAY. Most incompetent and unprofessional office staff i have ever encountered in my life. EVERY APPOINTMENT I WENT TO I WAS SEEN OVER AN HOUR LATE. today i had a missed call. Whoever called was too busy to leave a voicemail so i had to be back and forth with some call center in india for almost an hour before they could transfer me to the office to figure out who called me. Since my 1st review wasn't posted after I've written it 3 weeks ago, I'm going to post it AGAIN!! I went to see Dr. George Pazos in June for a very swollen ear cartilage. I was told before I came in when I made the appointment that it could be drained. Dr. Pazos looked at it, (I have multiple cartilage piercings in that ear, but they were healed well and are not the issue). An allergic reaction to the jewelry I had in at the time was. I have had the best experience with this practice after being seen by another MD for years without resolution. I feel listened to and my ear and sinus issues are at least 75% better than they have been in years!
Absolutely disgusting treatment of patients. Makes up rules when you’ve already arrived, none of which is outlined on their confirmation. Waste of time and rude. Wouldn’t even provide a note that time was wasted on an appointment for school purposes. I would never ever go here or support this practice again. What a blatant lack of care and concern.
I had an ear wax cleaning appointment that should have taken 5 minutes, but instead they made me wait 55 minutes before seeing me finally. The doctor was very apologetic and I might have written it off as a one off if I didn’t spend my time reading the other reviews where this seems to be a constant problem. I won’t be coming here and I would advise others not to waste their time either. Get it together office.
