I recently had an appointment with Doctor Jason Abramowitz. What a complete disappointment. For being in the office for almost an hour total, I think the doctor gave me 5 minutes of his time. He was rude and condescending. He also barely listened to what I said, or cared to find out what was going on. He just kept typing and looking at the computer screen. Unacceptable. If you want to be on hold for days and still get no one than this is the place for you. They called me to reschedule and I’ve been calling for 2 days only to be left on hold for over a half hour and still haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone. Ridiculous, they should invest in a receptionist to answer calls.

Extremely frustrating. Staff is the worst. They do not follow through woth what they say. Always over promise under deliver. E.g. papers will be emailed by Friday. Never emailed. When you call you always get a call center. Its an absolute nightmare would not recommend for pediatric care as a mom it os deeply upsetting the lack of care.

So far as a new patient with my mom who’s 90. The wait time is way to long been sitting here for 40 minutes and and still waiting, it’s a early morning appointment
