What a phenomenal office and staff. I have been getting regular hearing tests since the late 90's all over the world and I have never been somewhere this nice and treated so well. Dr. Leventhal and Rebecca Civil are absolutely All-Stars at ENT & Allergy.
Appointment scheduling was easy. But waited an hour for a rude doctor. She spent less than 5 minutes in the room. It was the awkward moment, and such a waste of time and money.
15 years coming to this practice from, and for the first time today I had such a lousy experience with the front desk that I had no choice but to leave the office without seeing the doctor. Before I provide the details of this bad experience, let me say this, I have been seeing Dr. Leventhal for my nasal issues – excellent doctor, excellent listener, great treatment and under his care I have gotten so much better. After years of dealing with sinus issues, I finally was told to go see an Ent. My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Abramowitz and I honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about him. He was so thorough at every appointment and really took the time to fully understand how I was feeling and explain the different options we had moving forward.
