Dr. Berman is amazing, my first time going there today and he made me feel so welcomed, he listened, we laughed and I would definitely go back. Very good ENT!!
A family member was seen in the am and was told a script for an antibiotic was being called in to the pharmacy. Waited all day, called pharmacy nothing was called in. Called the office the following day, was told it was called in and it would be called in again since the medication was not received. Waited all day, nothing! Beware of a big bill for you to pay out of pocket (potentially, of course it depends on your insurance) that you didn't plan for. I went there for partial hearing loss in one ear and tinnitus. Before I could be seen, I had to sign a thing saying there could be testing that could not be covered and could be considered a 'procedure' or something to that effect. I am guilty of signing that because I didn't think this would be an issue with my insurance, plus i really needed to see a doctor. Got into the office, was given a hear... read more
