This center enjoys harassing their patients!! Entering the office at 2:20 PM and Leaving at 5:00 PM. Abusing voicemail and asking me to go upstairs to check on my daughter!!! Very bad customer service I won’t recommend this place to anyone
Terrible place and not professional doctors , go to Cornell or NYU instead of any other place
Do not seek treatment here. There is zero transparency regarding costs prior to your visit. Without giving me a chance to make a decision or process what was going on, Dr. Raj Tendon performed an endoscopy that ended up costing hundreds. The corporate office admitted that I should've been better informed and given a more reasonable chance to refuse and they still did not want to financially assist. Listen to the other reviews, avoid this place.
Like other reviewers, the appointment was very rushed. I was asked to come back for the surgery and I called 4 times just to be told different things and to wait for the surgical coordinator to call back - which they never did. Coordinating staff needs serious communication training. Edit: I got a call from the office where they were really helpful. They explained the entire process, benefits and took my feedback very sincerely.
AVOID. Booked an office visit with Dr. Tandon for general nose congestion. After a long wait in the waiting room, Dr. Tandon finally saw me. Gave me info any simple Google search would tell me. Performed an endoscopy for 30sec with no transparency that this is a medical procedure that I would be billed HUNDREDS for only to confirm that, yes, I’m congested.
