I came to this facility for over two years under the rules of allergy shots that I was told would help me with my plethora of allergies. After two years, I went to another allergist for a test and he confirmed that there was no difference in the severe allergies that I had after two years of paying out-of-pocket for allergy shots. Friendly staff but an incompetent or inconsiderate doctor, Dr. Aylen Glaser. I don’t make an appointment for X pm and expect to be seen an hour later. I waited over an hour past my appointment time just to not get seen by the doctor so I walked out. And the audacity to charge an 80$ copay on top of it is offensive. Unacceptable and should have made even a small effort to apologize and explain the delay. Will not return. I want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Calloway and all of her staff in this office including the answering service he was awesome too, I have never felt so heard or cared for by any place in my life like this one. I went to 3 emergency rooms tried so many ents between jersey city and bayonne nobody had anything for an emergency. I was on my way to another er and I called them.
