Dr. Gupta was very good, I'm impressed he was very thorough with me which I appreciated it. The staff got me an appointment right away since I couldn't get in Cooper until dec 29th . Everyone was great there.i highly recommended Ent and allergy to anyone !
I WAS with Advanced ENT for 18 years. I have recommended them and Dr. C. countless times. THEN, after having not been sick in 6 years in THE VERY WORST YEAR OF MY LIFE, I got sick in March '24 as did my child. Made appointments here. Paid my copay. I have had this insurance 19 years. I have the best insurance money can buy. You must be familiar with it. I am a public servant. I was not asked for a referral. I was so sick! 6 weeks on antibiotics ending with 2 weeks of doxy!!! Was experiencing dizziness and vertigo for about a week. Cooper was booked up so I went with this establishment. You're forced to have a hearing test done which will run you about $125. Told doctor my symptoms and was diagnosed with BPPV. He checked my ear and "removed" some excess wax (billed for $125). Doctor did not show how to do the exercises that are meant to help with BPPV. Karen, the receptionist at the Haddonfield office is rude and unkind. I went to my appointment today and arrived on time. I was given an iPad to fill in a questionnaire. I had already done most of it on line. Karen began pushing me to hurry and go faster. She treated me rudely for my whole check in. I went as fast as I could go. After my appointment, my special needs son needed to use the bathroom.
