I have been so happy with and grateful for the care I've received from Dr. Gupta and the staff. I was truthfully worried about being dismissed. I feared I would be told what I'm experiencing is normal and that I'd have to live with it. Dr. Gupta however truly listens and explains the steps we are going to take to confirm what is going on and how to address it.
Michelle is amazing she deserves to be compensated double whatever you're paying her. The nurses in the back are just always a gem to encounter! The front desk women always seem annoyed and/or don't know how to work their computer systems. My reason for 1 star is the functionality of the system feels antiquated and redundant for patients. The portal is difficult to navigate and returning frequently for allergy or ENT reasons makes you repeat the same information every time. I love the staff here which is why I continue to return. Michelle is amazing she deserves to be compensated double whatever you're paying her. The other blonde woman who sits at the back desk often seems irritated with everything and anything. I’m not sure if I’m an anomaly, because most reviews seem to be good for this practice. This was my first time coming here and I waited 30-45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 15 minutes in the exam room with still no doctor seeing me. I ended up having to leave after the hour and no updates. The nurse who brought me back to the room did apologize for the wait which was appreciated, but other than that no communication as far as if the doctor was running behind or any issues.
