I’m not sure if I’m an anomaly, because most reviews seem to be good for this practice. This was my first time coming here and I waited 30-45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 15 minutes in the exam room with still no doctor seeing me. I ended up having to leave after the hour and no updates. The nurse who brought me back to the room did apologize for the wait which was appreciated, but other than that no communication as far as if the doctor was running behind or any issues. I called because of issue with hearing aids. I called Fri spoke to person said needed to speak to audiologist. No call back. Same for Monday and Tuesday. I have their ins but will expire by the time they call me back.
Dr. Gupta was very good, I'm impressed he was very thorough with me which I appreciated it. The staff got me an appointment right away since I couldn't get in Cooper until dec 29th . Everyone was great there.i highly recommended Ent and allergy to anyone !
I WAS with Advanced ENT for 18 years. I have recommended them and Dr. C. countless times. THEN, after having not been sick in 6 years in THE VERY WORST YEAR OF MY LIFE, I got sick in March '24 as did my child. Made appointments here. Paid my copay. I have had this insurance 19 years. I have the best insurance money can buy. You must be familiar with it. I am a public servant. I was not asked for a referral. I was so sick! 6 weeks on antibiotics ending with 2 weeks of doxy!!!
