Was experiencing dizziness and vertigo for about a week. Cooper was booked up so I went with this establishment. You're forced to have a hearing test done which will run you about $125. Told doctor my symptoms and was diagnosed with BPPV. He checked my ear and "removed" some excess wax (billed for $125). Doctor did not show how to do the exercises that are meant to help with BPPV. Karen, the receptionist at the Haddonfield office is rude and unkind. I went to my appointment today and arrived on time. I was given an iPad to fill in a questionnaire. I had already done most of it on line. Karen began pushing me to hurry and go faster. She treated me rudely for my whole check in. I went as fast as I could go. After my appointment, my special needs son needed to use the bathroom. Great doctor
Feedback and customer service lacking big time.Nexium gave me a body rash. When I called OBrien I was told that is all he prescribes. Really?? Then I was told to buy Prilosec over the counter. I asked for him to call me back but never ever got a returned phone call. His assistant would call and just relay messages . Got to be very frustrating. My gall bladder surgeon returned my call in 20 minutes. How can a regular doctor not have 10 minutes to return a frustrated patient calls???? This office need a course in patient follo... read more
