Referred to Dr Amy Lazar who is thorough, educated, compassionate but have also seen Dr Jay Agarwal who is intelligent and detailed as well. Whole place runs quite well as the aides and nurses are efficient and administrators are great as well. (although their office building is a bit on the dated side).
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 AM and arrived on time. After waiting for over 30 minutes without any communication, I went to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be. I was simply told the doctor was running behind. I waited longer, went to the restroom, came back, and my name still hadn't been called. I will never visit this office again. The average cost of earwax removal from one ear is around $150. I ended up paying $260, even though they claimed it included a “discount.” My invoice had two separate charges: one for $110 and another for $150 with only a billing code. Went in for ear issue. Excellent and very professional customer service from start to finish! Call for help gave me same-day assistance which was so appreciated! Welcome Desk was quick and courteous, answered all my questions right away. Doctor Jay Agarwal/Ear Specialist, took care of my problem within minutes, answered all my questions, and was very patient and informative! Highly recommend!
