The front desk were accommodating and helpful.
Updated review as of July 2026: I just want to say that having been to this clinic multiple times since I first started visiting them (for ENT and then later on, for allergy shots), I have experienced nothing but great care and assistance from the entire team whether it be people at the front desk, checkout, or the nurses. Yes, they can be super busy, but the staff are all so nice and understanding and the doctors are great, too. Entering building the extreme smell of humidity from rugs it’s overpowering and literally started an asthma attack. It’s definitely not patient friendly environment only at entrance. It’s a shame not only patients are been exposed to this horrible experience but the employees as well. The staff and doctors are amazing but I’m a bit discouraged to come back unless they resolve this issue. Also door is so dark that as I was entering a patient literally opened door at me almost hitting me. Glass should be cleared .
