Efficient and courteous staff
It's been 4 months and I still haven't received paperwork back from this office. I asked them to fill out an URGENT document confirming my father had hearing loss for the NY Housing Lottery and they told me it would take a week and never spoke to me directly. I had to pay to fax it to them, emailed it as well, and had to call 4 different times to only get a central call center, the people at the front desk never wanted to speak to me and they even said they were confused about the one sheet and that the doctor was very busy ... read more
The staff is awesome! My one recommendation is that the front doors from the street are completely blacked out and in my opinion is a safety concern since you can’t see who is standing in the hallway when you enter to get on the elevator or take the stairs. My recommendation for safety purposes for the staff and patients is to make the doors clear so you can see from the street.
DO NOT COME HERE!! Wish I could give a zero. I went to the astoria location and all I could say is horrible horrible horrible experience. Front desk is so so so rude. They act as if they're forced to be there. Very unprofessional. It was mainly the blonde old ladies in the front desk who were extremely rude. Unacceptable will not be going again.
No Organization whatsoever! I called to see if they take my insurance and the lady that answered said she needed to make a chart first, which I understand. She then tells me she needs to make an appointment. She gets the date and time as well as insurance information. After she gather the details, I proceeded to ask if I am covered by my insurance and if there’s any copay for the visit which is what I initially called for.
