Dr. Kansal is an incredible doctor. He explains everything accurately and has an excellent bedside manner. He sincerely cares about his patients and his profession. Good luck getting hold of someone. Been trying to call and no one picks up. I was told I can't come in for my first allergy injection if I'm sick. But their policy says if you cancel, you are charged $50. They don't have anyone answering the phone and I can't reschedule online... So annoying
Made an appointment. Doctor and team were nice. Was told to call back and check on status of a serum. they will not answer the phone. I’ve tried several times. can’t get a response. so no idea what the status is. You’re better off going in person to speak to someone.
