I had an appointment with James Lee regarding nose and throat concerns. My mom accompanied me to the appointment. I shared my health concerns, and he quickly brushed them off seeing them as of little to no importance. My mom asked some questions and he quickly cut her off. He does NOT Smile, NOR Be Kind, NOR Be Patient. James Lee is an example of a DOCTOR WITH NO SYMPATHY AND NO EMPATHY. DO NOT GO TO THIS EAR, NOSE, AND THROAT PRACTICE!
Dr. Lee made me feel very uncomfortable during my visit. When I asked questions about my condition, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a way that made me feel unintelligent rather than informed. The appointment felt extremely rushed — he spent most of the time typing, spoke only briefly, and left the room within a few minutes. I highly recommend Dr. James Lee. I had my deviated septum fixed and he and his staff were wonderful throughout the process. They explained everything and let me know what recovery would look like. The procedure has dramatically improved my quality of life.
