Amazing experience with Dr. Vickie Lee! She took so much time with me, was thorough in understanding my concerns, heard and notated what I was communicating, provided great education and extra resources, and took my needs seriously. Highly recommend, especially if you’re interested in learning about MCAS because it’s hard to find a good provider who is educated about this diagnosis— Dr. Vickie Lee is who you’re looking for!!
I would not recommend Dr. James Lee to anyone seeking compassionate or transparent medical care. From the very beginning, it was clear that the focus was more on billing than on patient well-being. There was a complete lack of transparency around the costs as they will perform treatments and so called procedures without informing of it being a separate cost. I cannot recommend Penny Flores enough! She was extremely thorough and diagnosed my daughter with an allergy that was missed by our previous allergist. She was very patient and kind with my toddler.
Overall terrible experience when I went both times to this place. First visit I was flat out told I didn’t have any issues when I clearly had symptoms. Went back a second time after they admitted I may have an issue. Only saw me for 5 minutes and billed me $300 for a 5 minute appointment. Later had an allergy test there and asked their billing department about the charge.
