Review regarding Dr. James J. Lee: I was in here for less than five minutes and felt very dismissed. I was experiencing vertigo and dizziness that was confirmed benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, and with that diagnosis the symptoms come and go. I told him I was experiencing serious symptoms two weeks ago, but can only schedule with him two weeks out. Disappointed as I didn't receive a call back to inform me of their services, dismissive and lack of service I did reach out you all don't answer because you don't care about someone who is not giving you money but I get it it is what it is and good luck in your business
I had an appointment with James Lee regarding nose and throat concerns. My mom accompanied me to the appointment. I shared my health concerns, and he quickly brushed them off seeing them as of little to no importance. My mom asked some questions and he quickly cut her off. He does NOT Smile, NOR Be Kind, NOR Be Patient. James Lee is an example of a DOCTOR WITH NO SYMPATHY AND NO EMPATHY. DO NOT GO TO THIS EAR, NOSE, AND THROAT PRACTICE!
Dr. Lee made me feel very uncomfortable during my visit. When I asked questions about my condition, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a way that made me feel unintelligent rather than informed. The appointment felt extremely rushed — he spent most of the time typing, spoke only briefly, and left the room within a few minutes.
