Great service, but a year after COVID-19 wiped across the world, I was denied a check-up for a health condition that was already put off due to the pandemic. I was told that they were no longer seeing patients then was hung up on. After my physician sent a medication refill request I received a message from the ENT/allergy office that I would need to make an appointment to have it refilled, even after being denied an appointment on no grounds.
Confusion about the time of my appointment, but Dr. Villareal insisted on seeing me anyway. As usual, he listened carefully, gave what I told him serious thought, and then recommended a course of action.
