Just going to start with real basic stuff here... how about you publish a phone number that actually works? Come on Decatur, this is embarrassing.
Waited for over an hour after my appointment time for her to come back and see me. When she did come back she was very rude, talked over me the whole time, never let me get a word in to explain why I was there in the first place and just put me down the whole time. Afterwards, they tried to over charge me AFTER my deductible was paid and she did nothing during the appointment and was very rude. Do not recommend.
had to take my grand father to his appointment and sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half + just to be seen for a hearing test. THEN there was about 5 people that got there AFTER us and were called back before us… why are we paying good money to see these doctors when the service and care is HORR-I-BLE.
Nice place and quick. No problems with them.
