Always have a pleasant visit because of the friendly attitude and d help I get when I visit for either an allergy shot or for a doctor visit! In fact the front of the house greeters are especially nice and pleasant. It isn’t like that at some of the physicians offices I visit!
I'm picky about doctors, and I've seen plenty in 50+ years. Dr. Steirman is the best. Thorough, down to earth, and backed by a fantastic team: Camille, Sabrina, and Crystal. I never write reviews. This office deserves an A++++

I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction a couple of years ago with Dr. Briggs to fix breathing issues. I was told this procedure would feel like a had a stuffy nose for a weekend. It felt like I’d been kicked in the face repeatedly for a few weeks. My nose before and after look drastically different, and my right nasal passage collapsed to the point I didn’t breathe well on that side- probably a 60-70% reduction in air. I was lied to today. They assured me they would be open until 5 pm today and that my daughter's medicine was ready. I told them I would be there a bit before 5 pm and they said they would be ready. I arrived at 4:41 pm and founds the doors locked and everyone gone. No call to me or anything. Just disrespectful and rude and no way to treat a customer. Pick a different place as this type attitude is not the first time with this place. Do NOT recommend.
