The doctors, PA, and techs are great. However, I must agree with the other reviews regarding the young lady at the front desk. I don't think customer service is her calling and perhaps she would do better at another position in the office. Communication via the Klara system is non existent even though the I get several texts saying there's a new message, but upon logging in, there is nothing at all there. Perhaps they are writing their messages in invisible disappearing ink.
The nasal scope procedure here was much more painful and uncomfortable than I was led to expect. While I understand this is a standard exam, the lack of clear explanation and warning made it a negative experience. I left with ongoing irritation and discomfort that lasted all day. Better communication and more care for patient comfort would go a long way. If you go here, make sure you ask exactly what the procedure will feel like beforehaand
Cynthia was very accommodating with my schedule and very thorough with my first set of hearing aids.
Front office was pleasant and efficient. Appointment was on time. Dr. Stierman and her assistant were also pleasant and efficient. The doctor quickly understood my explanation of why I was there. They conducted a quick test to narrow down a diagnosis, explaining it in terms I understood and answering my questions. They prepared a prescription that would help confirm their diagnosis and scheduled a convenient follow-up. My GP had referred me to Dr. Stierman several years ago.
