I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction a couple of years ago with Dr. Briggs to fix breathing issues. I was told this procedure would feel like a had a stuffy nose for a weekend. It felt like I’d been kicked in the face repeatedly for a few weeks. I was lied to today. They assured me they would be open until 5 pm today and that my daughter's medicine was ready. I told them I would be there a bit before 5 pm and they said they would be ready. I arrived at 4:41 pm and founds the doors locked and everyone gone. No call to me or anything. Just disrespectful and rude and no way to treat a customer. Pick a different place as this type attitude is not the first time with this place. Do NOT recommend.
The doctors, PA, and techs are great. However, I must agree with the other reviews regarding the young lady at the front desk. I don't think customer service is her calling and perhaps she would do better at another position in the office. Communication via the Klara system is non existent even though the I get several texts saying there's a new message, but upon logging in, there is nothing at all there. Perhaps they are writing their messages in invisible disappearing ink.
The nasal scope procedure here was much more painful and uncomfortable than I was led to expect. While I understand this is a standard exam, the lack of clear explanation and warning made it a negative experience. I left with ongoing irritation and discomfort that lasted all day. Better communication and more care for patient comfort would go a long way. If you go here, make sure you ask exactly what the procedure will feel like beforehaand
