I experienced a three-month lapse in my insurance coverage and continued my weekly visits, paying out of pocket each time. I made this clear to the staff on most visits, and I thought it was obvious. Dr. Briggs is very personable. He solved my problem quickly and easily and was very clear in his explanation. On my next visit, Dr Briggs offered options to resolve my problem. His explanation was very clear and has given me confidence to make a decision that's right for me.

Dr Briggs and his staff are the best he caught my throat cancer when someone else thought it was just allergies or a swollen lymph node. He and his staff are very professional and subject mater experts. I never experienced any delays and appointments are always on time and user friendly.
